Our Appraisal Process: Steps to Valuation of Real Estate

Our Appraisal Report Process:

1.) Identify subject property

2.) Determine scope of work

3.) Walk-through inspection

4.) Detail entry and research

5.) Identify subject’s market

6.) Locate comparable sales and/or identify income streams and/or costs.

7.) Analysis and adjustments

8.) Reconciliation of value

9.) Submit report to our client

We use SFREP’s Appraise-It Pro to create our reports digitally, and we take field notes using Inspect-A-Lot Software.
